Shipping Policy

General

We strive to deliver all Episoul products in excellent condition and at the earliest possible time. For all orders of ₹750 or more, we offer free doorstep delivery. Orders below ₹750 will incur a minimal shipping charge, depending on cart value and delivery location.

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Products will be shipped to the address provided by you at checkout. Please ensure that the address and contact information are accurate and complete. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to you.

Episoul is not responsible for goods signed by any person other than the individual placing the order. If the address or recipient details are incorrect, we will not be liable for non-delivery or redirection of packages.

Products will only be delivered to the cities or pin codes where delivery is marked as “available” on our website. Greentech Formulations Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any damage after successful delivery.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

If your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your chosen address, we will refund the full order amount including any paid shipping charges (if applicable). If you return an order after delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Accounts with repeated returns or cancellations may be subject to additional delivery fees between ₹50–₹150 per order, regardless of order value.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, or other applicable charges.

Fair Usage Policy

We aim to offer a fair and efficient shopping experience for all our customers. However, certain accounts that frequently cancel or return products misuse our return policy. To ensure fairness, we reserve the right to:

  • Levy a shipping fee of ₹149 on all future orders.
  • Disable the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for accounts with excessive returns or unaccepted shipments.

You can check your order status anytime under the “Manage Orders” section on our website.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our customer care team before your order has been shipped. Address changes after dispatch are not possible, and additional fees may apply.

Damage or Tampering Claims

If your parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or leaking, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@episoul.com or call us at +91 9277106113. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

To process your claim, please ensure the following:

  • Do not use the item in question.
  • Provide a short description of the issue along with clear images of the damaged/tampered product and packaging.
  • Retain all original packaging for 3–4 days after delivery, as it may be required for investigation.

Refunds for prepaid or COD orders will be processed after verification of the claim. Refunds may be denied if:

  • Insufficient information or images are provided.
  • The claim is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product or packaging has been disposed of before inspection.
