However, we understand that certain circumstances may require cancellations, returns, or refunds. This policy explains the conditions under which these actions may be taken.
1. Eligibility for Returns
No returns will be accepted unless the product is damaged or defective as defined below:
- Damaged Product: Any item with physical or chemical damage making it unfit for safe use.
- Defective Product: A product causing harm due to a design, manufacturing, or packaging defect.
Please ensure all skincare products are stored as per instructions provided on the packaging to prevent spoilage or contamination. Products used or stored incorrectly will not qualify for return or refund.
2. Cosmetic Product Conditions
As our skincare products are for personal use, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong or damaged item.
3. Dents and Packaging Issues
Minor dents, scratches, or imperfections in outer packaging that do not affect the quality or safety of the product are not eligible for return or replacement. However, if there is any leakage, broken seal, or contamination, contact us promptly for resolution.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after successful inspection of returned items. Episoul reserves the right to deny refunds for items not meeting return eligibility criteria.
5. Return Timeline
- Non-perishable items: Return within 7 days of delivery.
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive skincare: Return within 2 days of delivery.
6. Refund Timelines by Payment Mode
- NEFT: 1–3 business days post refund initiation.
- Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Wallets: Instant refunds.
7. Self-Shipping and Reimbursements
You can self-ship the return item using a reliable courier partner. Reimbursement for shipping charges will be provided upon submission of a valid courier receipt reflecting accurate shipment details.
8. Decline of Return Requests
Returns may be declined if the product is used, damaged, or fails to meet eligibility requirements. In such cases, no refund will be processed, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
