Awkwardness gives me great comfort. I’ve never been cool, but I’ve felt cool. I’ve been in the cool place, but I wasn’t really cool – I was trying to pass for hip or cool. It’s the awkwardness that’s nice. We look our best in subdued colors, sophisticated cuts, and a general air of sleek understatement. I like the body. I like to design everything to do with the body.
I try as much as possible to give you a great basic product and what comes out, I feel, is really amazing.
If I fell in love with a woman for an artistic reason, or from the point of view of my work, I think it would rob her of something. We live in an era of globalization and the era of the woman. Never in the history of the world have women been more in control of their destiny.

So — been using this thing for about six months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, reckon I’d write something up since a mate asked me last week. I’m UK based, mainly stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, just so you know where I’m coming from.
The reason I started using it was actually a bit daft — I could never figure out what an each way payout would be when the place terms changed. I used to just eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. These days I stick my stake in before every slip, even the boring singles.
Their single bet calculator tool is the part I open most — you drop in the price and your stake and it spits out profit and total return instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. It also handles the multiples — trebles maths, lucky 15s, a yankee, and that’s where most people I know lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at bookies odds converter and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.
One thing that really changed how I bet were the geekier extras. They’ve got an odds-to-probability thing and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, and there’s the kelly criterion calculator — I use half kelly because full kelly is far too aggressive. Dutching calculator is handy too when I’m splitting a race.
It’s not perfect mind. The interface looks very functional, let’s say — zero flash, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. Phone-wise it’s usable but the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. Also there’s no app, it’s browser only — slight shame but worth saying.
So yeah. Free, no ads shoved in your face, does what it says. Anyone who still does the maths on paper, give it a go — it’s saved me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.

A piece that exhibited the kind of patience that good writing requires, and a look at maverotrustco continued that patient quality, hurried writing is easy to spot and this site reads as having been written without time pressure which produces a different feel than the rushed content that dominates much of the modern blog space.
A piece that respected the reader by not over explaining the obvious, and a look at ManilaTakeout continued that calibrated approach, finding the right level of explanation is one of the harder editorial calls and this site has clearly thought carefully about what readers will already know versus what they need help with consistently.
