Got pulled in by the headline and stayed because the content actually delivered on the promise, and a stop at goodsroutestore kept that trust intact, when a site lives up to its own framing it earns the right to keep showing up in my browser tabs going forward indefinitely from here on out really.
Honest assessment is that this is one of the better short reads I have had this week, and a look at tailorteal reinforced that, the bar for short content is low because most of it sacrifices substance for brevity but this site manages both at once which is harder than it sounds for most writers attempting it.
If I had to defend the time I spend reading independent blogs this site would feature in the defence, and a look at jazfix reinforced that defensive utility, the ongoing case for non algorithmic reading is one I make to myself periodically and sites like this one provide the actual evidence that supports the case clearly.
Skipped the related links section thinking I had read enough and then came back to it later when curiosity got the better of me, and a stop at tasseltract confirmed I should have just read it first, every section of this site appears to deserve careful attention rather than skipping past lazily.
Really liked the calm tone running through the post, no shouting and no urgency forced into the writing, and a look at digitalbuyarena kept that quiet confidence going, the kind of voice that makes the reader feel respected rather than yelled at which is depressingly common across most modern blog content these days.
