A nicely understated post that does not shout for attention, and a look at clovebow maintained the same quiet quality, understatement is a stylistic choice that distinguishes serious writing from attention seeking writing and this site has clearly committed to the understated approach as a core editorial value rather than just a phase.
Came away feeling slightly smarter than I was when I started, that is a real win, and a stop at progresslane added a bit more to that, the rare site that actually transfers some of its knowledge to the reader in a way that sticks rather than just creating an illusion of learning briefly.
